We use the "Sierra" brand in the sense that copiers are called "Xerox". While we gladly use and try to source genuine Sierra brands first, there are many excellent clones sold through many manufacturers. The finish materials (gold, chrome, titanium, gunmetal, brass, copper, stainless steel, etc.) vary between the manufacturers, and we stick with the ones we have used and recognize as excellent quality.
